Diet plus workout – good health

Hey Yuri Elkaim here from FitterUFitness.com. You fail to achieve your goal because of several obstacles holding you back from achieving the goals you want to achieve . And we are talking about, you know, achieving an incredible body you want Right now we are taking about getting an incredible body of your dreams . You should be really excelling and improving your fitness level to the, to the level that you can even possibly imagine, but there are things that are standing in your way, and I need to share them with you. You may be aware of them, you may not be aware, but one thing is sure that all change starts from being aware.

 

I want to aware you about your body, what is happening with it, what are the factors holding you back, and when you realize then we make changes to overcome those obstacles to achieve goals. . The first obstacle that is holding you back is your ability or your inability to push yourself . And I don’t mean, I don’t mean to sound condescend, I mean I am the same way. We are all human beings. We all have the same challenges.

 

What I am trying to say here is that we need somebody to push us because we are never going to push ourselves to the level that we can really get through and become Fit and Healthy. And I am sure you have noticed this. You know during the workouts or in the life general. Let’s take a workout for example, because that is probably most common place and there is a saying that says, “How you do anything is how you to everything.” And let’s look at typical example from the workout. When you are going through the set of, let’s say, pushups, you can do as many as you can possibly do, maybe it’s 30, maybe it’s 50, maybe it’s 10 whatever is, whatever it is fine. But when we all can get to the next level by adding those one or two extra pushups which we do not in general do on our own.

 

When you have a trainer or friend with yourself to take care of your goal they will push you to achieve it . Because really it’s lot easier for somebody else to sit there or stand there and tell you to do 5 more 2 more or 1 more. Then it is for you to tell yourself to do the same thing.
