   i think they are more willing to be open minded about dating anyone and dont feel that they should have to stick to their own race. being that they are college educated, they have had more interaction with other races as opposed to someone who dropped out of highschool and never left their community (which in a lot of poor areas tend to be most the same race, be it white, black, hispanic, asian…..)

    How often do you see black American men at racially diverse colleges? At my college its not to common, but I do see a whole lot of black American women. If they meet white guys (majority race of men) who are at their educational and income level, and they are attracted to and like eachother and possibly end up falling in love, why shouldnt they date and marry? lol
    There is an interesting increase in this kind of interracial coupling because black American women are not ‘sticking to only black men’ anymore. They realize that they dont have to settle for less when choosing a mate, and that they can find those same qualities they seek in a mate without looking too hard… in men of other ethnicities/races.

    Your answer is in your question! Black women who are college graduates (or undergraduates) only want men who have the same status! I don’t want a man who don’t have a decent job (to support himself) and a higher education. I don’t want a man who will lay on the couch all day, smoking weed and watching BET. I don’t want a man who has no goals in life, have 5 or 6 children by different women, who is in and out of jail, and possibly gay (downlow). I want a man that can compete in the job market and provide for himself. I’m would never let a black man live with me, and I work, pay bills, buy food, and pay their bills, etc. While dealing with their baby-mama drama and girls on the side. Hell to the NO!! A relationship is 50/50. And a black man can’t bring in 10% of their part! So F**k ‘em!!! I always had a thing for white boys since 1st grade when I had a crush on the cute kid that sat acrossed from me! And it never stopped. And I never stop seeking and dating white men!!
