What to do after BSc in Medical Imaging technology?

I need a bit help from the people here at yahoo answers.Actually i want to do BSc in Medical imaging technology.Its the course of 4 years.what to do after this?Masters or M.Phil?
plz if any1 of u could tell me about this.i’ll b very very Thankful.
