Roche’s Schwan Sees `Robust Growth’ in Oncology Drugs

Feb. 3 (Bloomberg) — Severin Schwan, chief executive officer of Roche Holding AG, talks about second-half profit and outlook.
The Swiss drugmaker reported an 11 percent gain in profit, helped by cost savings from its takeover of partner Genentech Inc. and an increase in demand for the swine flu treatment Tamiflu. Schwan, speaks from Basel, Switzerland, with Bloomberg’s Rishaad Salamat and Maryam Nemazee.
