medical information technology is a good field & good pay?

I dropped out from a nursing student because too many works and studies. And I do not like to direct contact with patient too much. I am thinking about Medical information technology or Radiology technology ***Please help me out… I never been working in health care flied*. I am appreciate all your respond!
