Seeking Justice

There are alot of "Dating sites" and such that you can subscribe to but am hoping to find a chatroom to share ideas and meet people just in Wisconsin who might like to get to know one another better.(preferably female). Can’t seem to find any sites. Please, don’t answer with links unless you have been to the site and can testify that it is worth it.Too many links end up in dating sites and bulletin boards. Thanks.!!!!!!

I don’t know about chat rooms, but AOL used to have message boards where people from different regions could talk to each other.
